- scooter parked behind flats in Overton Road was found abandoned on the opposite side of the road on Wednesday, 6 April
- a resident returned home to St James Road on Wednesday, 6 April at 20:30hrs to find her kitchen window wide open and items moved from the window sill. Nothing appears to have been taken
- three youths took an ornament from the front gate of a home in Cheam Road and took it to Fairholme Road where they left it broken on the pavement on Sunday, 10 April at around 00:30hrs
- a suspect ran off after being disturbed rummaging through bags of rubble that had been deliberately left by a householder in Grove Avenue on Thursday, 4 April and around 22:30hrs
- three suspects fled when they were spotted by a resident of Norman Road opening his garage door on Saturday, 15 April shortly before 14:00hrs. One of the suspects is described as having short dark hair, dark casual clothing and trainers.
- an attempt was made to break into an address in Salisbury Road between 18:00hrs on Thursday, 14 April and 17:30hrs on Friday, 15 April 2016. Entry was not gained and nothing was taken.
