- a mobile phone was stolen in a hallway of a property in Osmond Gardens undergoing building work on Tuesday, 1 September at around 12 noon after the front door had been left open
- a property in Bernard Road was burgled on Tuesday, 1 September between 07:00 - 17:20hrs after the front door had been forced open
- a vehicle was found with a window smashed and its doors open in Morton Gardens between 23:00hrs on 1 September and 07:40hrs on Wednesday, 2 September. Nothing was reported stolen
- a leaf blower was stolen from the rear of a vehicle in Arcadia Close on Wednesday, 9 September at 14:19hrs
- a motorbike was stolen from a driveway in Melbourne Road between 22:00hrs on Tuesday, 29 September and 08:20hrs on Wednesday, 30 September. The motorbike was recovered nearby
- work tools were stolen from a van in Millpond Place between 21:00hrs on Wednesday, 30 September and 07:45hrs on Thursday, 1 October
- suspects tampered with a front door causing the burglar alarm to go off at an address in Bute Road on Sunday, 4 October between 22:00-22:15hrs
- a Sat Nav was taken from the front of a camper van parked in Taylor Road between 16:30hrs on Monday, 5 October and 08:30hrs on Tuesday, 6 October. The owners are unsure whether the vehicle was locked
- a Sat Nav was stolen from an unlocked vehicle in St Christopher’s Mews between 4-8 October
- a vehicle’s windscreen was damaged in Maldon Road between 20:30hrs on Thursday, 8 October and 07:20hrs on Friday, 9 October
- a hole was punched in the driver’s door and the rear doors of a vehicle parked at Westcroft Leisure Centre on Saturday, 10 October between 12:15-14:15 hours
- a potential buyer asked to test drive a car but drove off without returning in Alcester Road on Monday, 19 October between 18:45-18:55hrs
- power tools were stolen from a van in Park Lane on Monday, 26 October between 12:40-12:50hrs
