On winning Sunmi Babalola, age 14, and Feyi Oluwa, age 15, from Wallington High School, were approached by one of the judges Paul Williams, who is an ex-BBC composer and record producer.
Mr Williams said: "The standard from the performers was fantastically high and I have offered the winners an invitation to let me hear more so I have asked for a demo CD."
The ten finalists at the contest, which was one of the main attractions at the St Helier Festival on Saturday, 13 June, included singers, musicians, dancers and gymnasts.
In second and third place were pianist Seung Hye Park, age 15 from Sutton High School and harpist Yasmin Yap, age 15, from Nonsuch High School for Girls respectively.
The judging panel included entertainer Lionel Blair, Paul Williams, Wallington singer Charlotte Turnbull who appeared on The Voice TV programme, Councillor Jean Crossby and Safer Neighbourhoods Inspector Kathy Morteo.
As its name suggests, Sutton's Got Youth Talent is a talent contest for children aged 11 and over. Local heats were held in schools with a semi-final at Sutton United FC.
More than 6,000 people attended the St Helier Festival on the green space next to the David Weir Leisure Centre, Carshalton.
Sutton PCSO Steve King, who has been one of the youth talent event organisers, said: "This was a great opportunity to give Sutton's young people and chance to perform in front of a large audience."
Sutton's Got Youth Talent was organised by The Met Police in Sutton with the support of Sutton Housing Partnership, Dance Wars, Smith & Byford and Sutton United Football Club.
