Have you left Sutton's Empire Cinema recently humming the music and wanting to hear it again or want to hear the very best in movie music that has just been released well now the , the largest independently-owned cinema chain in the UK, has released its March film music playlist on Spotify, which showcases the very best film music and scores from film releases this month._
Empire Cinemas’ monthly film music playlists, which launched last month, allow film lovers to easily access film tracks from the month all in one place.
March’s film music playlist includes songs and scores from Hail, Caesar! (Carter Burwell), Kung Fu Panda 3 (Hans Zimmer), The Boy (Bear McCreary) and numerous other releases. A series of other films released in March, such as Rock The Kasbah and The Choice, include tracks from popular artists such as Bob Dylan, The National, Cat Stevens and Zooey Deschanel. March’s playlist conveniently places all these tracks in one place for Spotify users.
Empire Cinemas prides itself on offering a range of screenings that span across both mainstream blockbusters and art-house independents; meaning these playlists will give listeners the chance to not only enjoy cinematic symphonies from mainstream masters such as Hans Zimmer(composer of classics such as Inception, The Lion King and Gladiator), but also discover new, up and coming artists or unknown artists.
Jon Nutton Marketing Director of Empire Cinemas said: “Music is such a big piece in the puzzle of a creating a film – it can make or break scenes. This year we want to showcase all the great tracks that are created for film and to offer our customers a chance to easily experience the great music film has to offer. March’s playlist includes some fantastic artists and composers, from an array of excellent films.”
