The Arts Network is a new organisation which promotes, champions, nurtures and acts as a voice for the arts in Sutton. It has taken on this role from Sutton Arts Council.
The borough has a great history of arts and now the network wants to see it develop even further.
"Our key event is the launch on the 12th June, where we will be looking to sign up new members. The event will also be an opportunity for people to become part of the new exec committee and take a lead role in the organisation," said a spokesperson.

They are looking for volunteer hosts who will be working with the people who come in, to ensure that everyone has an enjoyable time, meets new friends and feels welcome at the theatre.
"We need volunteer hosts who are sociable, interested in meeting new people and open to trying new activities," said a spokesman
"We will programme activities for young children and their mothers, fathers or grandparents, for older people who may not want to go out in the evenings and for people with disabilities.
"Our Volunteer Hosts may take a leading role (reading stories to children, helping with drawing or craft, leading book group discussions) or be a facilitator, perhaps joining in with a knit and natter, or welcoming people to a social gathering. Many of these activities will be in the daytime and during the week although there will be some evening activities welcoming people to the shows.
We would ask our Volunteer Hosts to make a commitment to host regular events so that our visitors get to know you and feel sure of a warm welcome.
