Join Sutton Theatre Company for their latest production, Little Shop of Horrors, at the Secombe Theatre from 14th – 18th April 2015.
Little Shop of Horrors is a hilarious sci-fi musical spoof and cult film, which featured Rick Moranis, Steve Martin and Bill Murray, and is one of the most popular off-Broadway musical shows of all time, including songs Somewhere That’s Green and Suddenly Seymour.
Down and out Seymour Krelborn spends his time slaving away in Mr Mushnik’s Florist’s, dreaming of a way out of Skid Row with the shop’s glamorous and ditsy assistant Audrey. One day Seymour stumbles upon a strange and exotic new plant, which he lovingly names Audrey II that could change his luck forever – but this ain’t no ordinary shrub!
Audrey II has plans that are far greater than Seymour can imagine as it grows into a bad-tempered, foul-mouthed monster who offers him fame and fortune in exchange for feeding its growing appetite. Will Seymour survive Audrey II’s plans for global domination? And how far is he willing to go to get the girl of his dreams?
