The Imagine festival of arts has grown in quality and reputation and has, as a result, been awarded Arts Council England funding to bring in great names such as John Hegley, Dog Kennel Hill Projects, composer Fraser Trainer and many more exceptional artists.
"Whether you want to keep up to date with grant opportunities, workshops over the summer or enjoy the finale events taking place in October, you can sign up to our IMAGINE newsletter packed with art updates," said a spokesperson.
For this year's festival, we're looking for creative applications from YOU! With an even larger grant of £800 for groups and organisations, we're sure that your creative ideas can be brought to life! The aim of this year’s festival is to establish new relationships between libraries, artists and arts organisations which encourage communities to participate in artistic and cultural activities.
"The deadline for grant applications will be Wednesday 1 July 2015.
"All events will be FREE and we encourage you to invite friends and family. Events will include music, painting, dance, spoken word and much much more. For up to date information, please sign up here
