Over 30 Year 10 Stanley Park High School Business Studies students participated in the ‘Fruit Challenge’ Enterprise Project which was based on students ‘adding value’ to fruit in order to sell appetising treats to the school. The young entrepreneurs made and sold fruit kebabs, strawberry cookies chocolate-coated strawberries at home or using the school’s professionally furnished catering centre.
