Gifts were donated by Barrow Hedges Primary School, Wallington Girls High School, Met Police and local authority staff.
Sutton Council's parenting service identified more than 20 local families to receive most of the gifts - with other presents being handed out through Sutton's Women's Refuge and the Forces Children's Trust charity.
PC Mick Ryan and Karen Fisher, a member of police staff, at Sutton Police station, who volunteered to co-ordinate this initiative, said: "Once again, we have been overwhelmed with support and generosity. These gifts will make a real difference to children who may not otherwise receive a present this Christmas."
