The team started at Buckingham Palace bright and early in the morning, and even stopped by at Old Town Hall in Wallington to say a very quick hello on their way to Newhaven to take the ferry.
After a night’s stay in Dieppe they were back off on their journey to Paris on Saturday morning. It was a tough day cycling, particularly because of the hot weather, but they finally made it to the Eiffel Tower!
"This however, was only half the mission complete, so they were back on the bikes to cycle all the way back to London on Sunday and Monday. The total distance covered is the cycling equivalent of running two marathons, so it was no mean feat, and we’re so grateful to David, Rob and Brad for taking on this challenge to fundraise to support our students," said a spokesperson.
"You can still sponsor them here: https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/irvinedavid and if you have an idea for a fundraising event please do get in touch!"
