The main courses included Roulade of Cod with Grilled New Potatoes with a Bouillabaisse Sauce, Slow-roasted Guinea Fowl served with Caramelised Belgian Endive and Marinated & Pot Roasted Beef with Horseradish Potato Cake.
The desserts were Warm Chocolate Fondant served with Orange Salad, Passion Fruit & Custard Soufflé with Vanilla Ice Cream and Crushed Raspberry Vacherin. It also included Petit fours and Tea or Coffee.
Nightingales is Carshalton College's on-site training restaurant. Meals are prepared and served by our enthusiastic students under the supervision of experienced chefs. The restaurant offers real hands on experience and is open to the public during term time for coffee mornings, lunch, dinner, functions and business events plus our special themed evenings.
