The attraction is one of the highlights of Successful Sutton’s summer programme of events and is guaranteed to keep the kids amused over the school holidays.
The fun nine-hole pitch and putt golf course is suitable for all ages and abilities. Each hole is different with a series of obstacles for players to work their way around.
Ross Feeney, chief executive of Successful Sutton, said: “We are always looking for new ways to increase the mix of entertainment on the high street and add to its vibrancy.
“Crazy golf is a fun way for visitors, shoppers and office workers to while away a bit of time and enjoy themselves in the town centre and should prove popular over the summer.”
Simply turn up and play or, if that seems a bit too energetic, sit back and watch the kids tackle the course while relaxing in a deckchair.
The crazy golf course will swing into action on August 1 and be open Monday to Saturday from 10.30am to 4.30pm throughout the month, including the bank holiday weekend.
Putters and golf balls will be available free of charge and the course will be manned by a team of fully trained staff.
