A wide range of Social enterprises were on show in Sutton High street on Saturday as the borough celebrated the achievement of being recognised as a Social Enterprise Place but also to acknowledge Social Saturday.
"It was great to be able to show the range of social eterprises already in the borough and hopefully not only encouraged residents to use social enterprises but also offered support to those who were considering creating a social enterprise, " said Chair of Social Enterprise Sutton Amanda Edge.
"Those taking part were Sutton Community Farm, The Sports Village, Stonleigh Job Club, Urban Youth Action, SCVS, Age UK, Patricia Shepherd Lettings who are an independent wanting to learn more about social enterprise. It was a very interesting day and great fun."
