Police carried out a search warrant at a house in Avro Way, Wallington, on Thursday, 14 January at around 09:00hrs. Officers forced entry and carried out a search of the premises.
A quantity of suspected cannabis was found in the kitchen. It was seized by officers.
A 21-year-old man inside the address at the time was issued with a cannabis warning.
The operation was led by officers from Beddington South Safer Neighbourhoods Team supported by colleagues from Sutton North.
The operation was in response to information received from the local community.
Safer Neighbourhoods Inspector Ian Hicks said: "We take all reports about criminal and anti-social behaviour seriously and we hope operations like this one sends out a message that drugs will not be tolerated in Sutton borough."
