Police were called by a member of the public at 13:23hrs on Saturday, 18 June to a report of a young couple with a dog swearing and making threats of violence against park users in Grove Park, Carshalton, Saturday, 18 June whilst the dog they were with ran around disrupting ball games.
At one point an elderly man was threatened by the couple and a child was knocked over by the dog. A man holding a baby was seen to leave the park because of what was happening.
The incidents took place in the park near Westcroft Leisure Centre.
Both suspects were described as being white and aged around 20.
The male was wearing a grey hoody and tracksuit bottoms. The female is described as being dressed in black. The dog is described as a large black and white dog, possibly a Bulldog cross.
