Deon Moore, who played for us from U13 to U16 level, signed scholar forms with Peterborough United at the end of last season and he was part of their first-team squad which played Bradford City last Saturday.
Moore made the trip to Bradford and, although not named among the official substitutes as Posh ran out 2-0 winners, he took part in the pre-match warm up and gained valuable experience of being involved on a professional matchday.
"We are very proud of this young man and hopefully Deon will make his mark at Peterborough soon," said our reserve team manager Rob Scantlebury.
"He is exactly what Carshalton Athletic is about and a real credit to our youth set-up. We wish him the best of luck moving forwards."
Everyone at the club wishes Deon all the best and we'll keep tabs on his progress!
