Elsewhere in the division, Hartley Wintney moved to within two points of the title with an emphatic 10-0 win over Raynes Park Vale, whilst Camberley Town defeated Guildford City 2-1 to hang onto second spot on goal difference, although they do have a game in hand on Ashford (in third).
Epsom & Ewell weathered a late Hanworth Villa comeback to record a 3-2 win, whilst their were wins for Horley Town, Windsor, Farnham Town, Knaphill and Redhill.
With both Redhill and Chessington & Hook dropping points recently, the first team are safe for another season
Redhill needed to win all four of the remaining games and hope we did not pick up another point, if they were to catch us, but a 4-0 defeat at home to Ashford Town (Middx) sealed their relegation fate (barring reprieves further up the pyramid).
Chessington & Hook needed to win all six of their remaining fixtures to overhaul us, but drew 0-0 at Westfield, which secured our position in the division.
Chessington can still catch Badshot Lea, but would need to win all of their remaining fixtures (including Camberley and Windsor), with Badshot failing to pick up a point
