DetailsStarting on Tuesday 3rd May the first course will be how to squat properly. Our two Personal Trainers, Sean & Andrew will run the 6 week course which will be a resistance training based course, which will help you burn more fat, increase strength, increase your metabolism and build lean muscle.

£75 for a 6 week course, with 1 session per week (£12.50 per session)
