"First, we’ve got a Living Well course which is focussed towards people suffering from low mood is relation to a long term physical health condition (LTC)," said a spokesperson.
"This course looks at managing low mood in relation to having a long term physical health condition. The course supports you in setting goals to do enjoyable activities in the context of physical limitations, regulating sleep habits, engaging with relaxation techniques, noticing and managing negative thinking patterns and planning for the future.
The course runs for 60 minutes each week for seven weeks. There is also a booster follow-up session that takes place three months after completing the course.

"People with LTC are twice as likely than other adults to suffer from depression, they are 2-3 times as likely as other adults to suffer from anxiety and 41% of people with diabetes will suffer with poor psychological well-being
"Second, there’s a course called Using CBT to Change Your Life and its focussed towards people suffering from low mood in relation to unemployment.
"This course looks at managing low mood due to unemployment and is aimed at helping clients who are looking for work and receiving income support. It teaches strategies to help with problem solving helping manage negative thoughts and can help guide you in planning your future.
The workshops run for 90 minutes each week for 7 weeks. There is also a booster follow-up session that takes place 3 months after completing the course. The next upcoming course is Tuesday 13th January 10am – 11:30am at the Jubilee Health Centre.
