99.9% of patients rate its nursing care - Excellent, Very Good or Good "We are delighted to share the results from our completed 2015 Inpatient Survey, of which we are extremely proud. The feedback we gain from the service we deliver is vitally important to us and we would like to thank all of our patients who took the time to complete these survey," said a spokesperson. "Across the whole of 2015, 99.9% of responding patients rated our Nursing Care as Excellent, Very Good or Good. "In addition over 99% of patients said that they would be Extremely Likely, Very Likely or Likely to recommend us to family and friends - again, a terrific acknowledgement of the dedication and professionalism of all of our staff both clinical and non-clinical. The organisers of the borough's believe that hearty laughter can be as good as other exercise.
"Laughter yoga is particularly good for dealing with anxiety, stress and depression and is also a great way to get fit. Ten minutes of sustained laughter is the equivalent cardio vascular workout to thirty minutes on a rowing machine! " said a spokesperson. The organisation wants to hear the views and experiences of people who have stayed on wards at the hospital.
