“It’s not only important for me to carry out my work with these values but to make sure my behaviour is a good example to all my colleagues. Patients deserve respect, dignity and a fantastic level of care - and that's exactly what we strive to provide.
“Wearing the age simulation suit was very difficult – it really restricted movements in all of my joints and restricted my vision. But, it was a wonderful experience that helped me to further understand just what our older patients go through. It was a moving day, and one that I have learnt a lot from.”
