Other incidents include.
a white Ford van with pest control markings, parked in a bay opposite the Robin Hood Public House, Robin Hood Lane, was stolen between 21:30-23:30hrs on Thursday, 17 March
- a black van was searched after its nearside quarter light had been smashed in Cheam Road overnight on Wednesday, 16 March. Nothing was stolen
- a driver’s side window of a van was smashed outside an address in Grove Avenue between 01:00hrs on Sunday, 13 March and 06:20hrs on Monday, 14 March 2016. The van had been searched but no tools or personal belongings had been left inside
- a suspect fled after trying to gain entry by squeezing through a small open window to a conservatory at the rear of sheltered accommodation in Cheam Road on Sunday, 13 March between 01:00 - 01:15hrs. On hearing a noise, a member of staff called out and the suspect left through the garden
- tools were stolen after thieves entered a van on a driveway in Frederick Road, released its handbrake and moved the vehicle forward to allow access to the rear of the vehicle. The incident happened overnight during the week commencing 7 March
- a suspect attempting to open a kitchen door fled after being disturbed by the occupant of the property in Bourne Way, at 20:30hs during the week commencing 7 March. Two suspects - a white male and black male - were seen to run along Quarry Park Road and get into a Vauxhall Corsa
- a red mountain bike, a black and yellow mountain bike and a yellow Honda motorcycle were stolen from secure locations within communal gardens in Grove Avenue - a private road with gates at either end of the street, between 19:00hrs on Wednesday, 2 March and 09:00hrs on Thursday, 3 March
- an attempt was made to force open a window to a flat at the junction of Cheam Road and York Road between 26-28 February. Entry was not gained. Nothing was stolen
- a bright orange adult mountain bike was stolen from a garage behind purpose-built flats in St James Road between 20-23 February
