Carshalton and Wallington MP Tom Brake has urged voters to make sure they are registered to vote, with less than one month left until the European Referendum.
On the 23rd June, the UK will hold a nationwide referendum to decide whether to remain part of the European Union. Residents need to be registered to vote in order to take part in this referendum.

Registering to vote only takes around five minutes, and can be done here: www.gov.uk/register-to-vote A National Insurance number is required. The deadline for registration is the 7th June.
Residents who were registered to vote in the recent Mayoral elections and still live at the same address do not need to register again.
Tom said: “The European Referendum is going to be a hugely important vote for the future of our country – not just for this generation, but for those to come. It is vitally important that everyone gets to have their say on this vote, so I urge residents to make sure that they are registered ahead of the deadline.”
