Police are keen to reunite this Rotary watch with its rightful owner after it was handed in to Sutton Police station's lost property on Wednesday, 1 April 2015.
The owner telephoned police on Monday, 27 April asking if her watch had been handed in and described how and exactly where she lost it but got cut off during the call and never phoned again.
The watch belongs to an elderly female who said it was of great sentimental value. It was found in Carshalton and handed in by a member of the public.
The item has been kept in lost property longer than usual because Police were hoping the owner would call again.
