Sutton police were called by a member of the public on Tuesday, 19 January at 17:18hrs to a report of a motorcycle travelling at speed causing a horse to become ‘spooked’ and throw its rider in Fairlawn Road, Carshalton.
The rider - a boy aged six - was taken to hospital by London Ambulance Service. He has since been discharged from hospital with cuts and bruises and is said to be recovering well.
